Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Build regional sales plans from company strategy, set targets, and review dealer performance.
2. Report market trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback to support company planning.
3. Maintain dealer relationships and help develop new partners.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, preferably in marketing.
2. 3+ years in AV, product sales or channel management.
3. Strong market sense, leadership and the ability to open new markets independently.
4. Willing to travel frequently.

Sales / Account Manager

Requirements

1. 3+ years in sales and 2+ years in sales management. AV, electronics or decoration experience is a plus.
2. Enjoys sales, learns quickly, works well in a team and can open new markets.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work under pressure.
4. Experience leading a sales team.
5. Able to run client sales independently.

AV Designer

Responsibilities

1. Prepare early design drawings with the sales team.
2. Discuss concepts and drawings with clients and designers.
3. Produce detailed drawings and coordinate progress with engineers.

Requirements

1. CAD skills, interest in audio, and a strong sense of space.
2. Teamwork, coordination and a willingness to learn.
3. Good communication and the ability to work under pressure.
4. Provide technical support to sales before and during projects.
5. Experience in AV, systems integration, electronics or decoration is a plus.
